Shin Sakae Solutions ("we") runs this Site. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. Contact us at shinsakaesolutions@gmail.com with any questions.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely by our login provider; we never see it).
- Purchases: what you bought, when, and your subscription status. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Usage records: when you access member content or download a file, and the IP address and browser used when you accepted our Terms at checkout. We keep these to deliver the service and as evidence if a payment is disputed.
- Newsletter and forms: your email address if you subscribe, and anything you send through the contact or waitlist forms.
Why we use it
To create and run your account, take payments, deliver what you bought, send the emails you asked for, answer your messages, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the Site, under contracts that protect your data: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (website hosting) and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
Account and purchase records are kept while your account is open and for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes afterwards. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You can update your details from your account, unsubscribe from emails at any time, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing shinsakaesolutions@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, they use approved safeguards for these transfers.
Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18.
