Refund Policy

Summary

All sales are final. Once your membership account has been activated or a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You are asked to confirm that you have read and accept this policy before every payment.

Membership

• Once your membership account has been activated and you have accessed member content, the payment for that billing period is non-refundable.
• You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account page. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We do not give partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.

E-books and digital products

• E-books are delivered instantly. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.
• If you bought an e-book by mistake and have not downloaded it, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request.

When we will always help

• Duplicate or incorrect charges. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the difference.
• Access problems. If a technical problem on our side stops you accessing what you paid for and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you.

Customers in the EU and UK

Digital content is normally subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal. By ticking the box at checkout, you ask us to give you immediate access and acknowledge that you lose this right once access has begun.

Before disputing a charge

Please contact us first at shinsakaesolutions@gmail.com. Most problems can be solved quickly. We keep records of checkout consent, account activation and downloads, and share them with the card issuer if a charge is disputed.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
